Where you choose to cancel your booking, the Lead Booker should inform us immediately at info@nirvana-yachtcharter.com. Whilst we understand that circumstances change, any payment received from you triggers our obligations with our partnered charter companies; as a result, any cancellation by you will incur a cancellation charge plus a 5% administration fee. The minimum charge will depend on the time of cancellation and your destination and are as follows (the charges represent a percentage of your total booking cost):
Yacht Charter Bookings cancelled within the first 24 hours of booking will get 100% refund.
From 24 hours after booking, there will be no refund and can be used as Yacht Charter Credit for you to re-book at a later date.
The price for the skipper and host does not include associated food costs. It is customary for guests to provide at least 3 meals a day for any skipper/chef on their booking.
The price you pay does not include travel insurance as Nirvana Yacht Charter does not sell or organize such insurance. In accordance with our bookings terms and conditions, you must have sufficient travel insurance that covers adventurous activities such as sailing prior to the commencement of your holiday. If you are concerned about travel disruption in the event of Airspace closure (e.g. drone disruption), avalanche, earthquake, medical epidemic, storms and even ash cloud, we advise purchasing Extended Travel Disruption Insurance. Most travel insurance companies offer this cover for a small additional fee and it gives reassurance that your trip is covered in the event of unforeseen air travel disruption.
